I have forgotten the password for an account, and password all the information a NC, but I want to enable it, I remember last year when the NC even if I have accounts ,I can reset the password through the mail, why is not it? I was told only once a year so in the end is when? Someone can help me answer this question?

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you - you will have to contact GW/NCSoft support for assistance in resetting your password.
